Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
Hi @Kitfox, @marcelov04, please send me your Plesk License PLSK.xxxxxxxxx keys in a private message, and I will ask the team to issue a new API key.
@marcelov04 can you please also tell me what happened to the server so you started seeing an API key request?
Hi @carini, this is a known issue registered under EXTPLESK-4861. Please refer to the KB article to apply a workaround - https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/16189500211735-Unable-to-install-the-360-Monitoring-agent-on-a-Plesk-server-mysqlUserPassword-must-be-of-type-string-null-given
The issue was fixed in Premium Antivirus for Servers version 1.0.2-2 yesterday. Updating to this version will fix the issue.
If an extension update is not possible for some reason, a workaround is the same as suggested above:
systemctl stop drwebd
killall -TERM drwebd.real
systemctl start drwebd
Hi @X3meOS, glad that you like this solution :) As for exporting/importing a Sitejet website to the current Sitejet Builder extension, it is not possible.
Hi @nightshift88, such behavior may occur after re-installing the extension. Did you re-install it or did it happen just right after installation?
@PAM Baduijn Sitejet Builder is a completely free extension in Plesk. You're referring to another solution.
Hi @Maarten, after installing Sitejet Builder on the domain or subdomain, two buttons will appear on the domain/subdomain card:
1. 'Sitejet Builder' - redirects you to the editor.
2. 'Change website template' - allows you to change the template. You can do it as many times as you want.
Hope this...
