On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Thank you for the clarification. For us Strato customers it is impossible to judge which parts of the system belong to Plesk, because we get the root servers with a ready installation.

Perhaps check out the headers of the few delivered e-mails to find out what to change to lower the overall spam score? Perhaps your mails are close to pass
I have recently updated my Ubuntu 16.04 LTS server with Plesk Obsidian to a brand new Ubuntu 22.04.

Your ISP should allow you to access the machine by "console" which directly accesses the screen output and HID-hardware thus circumventing the IP ban. Or you just have to wait until the fail2ban releases your ban. This depends on your fail2ban configuration.
