The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
It may be interesting to hear what is the target system, in my case it is QNAP and it looks like they have a problem with their firmware and FTP - see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31939110/how-to-overcome-centos-to-qnap-strange-ftp-file-size-limit-of-150114776-bytes . I'm at QTS 4.1.4 0804
I can reproduce this simply by restarting the machine. WatchDog will not be running and nginx will not be able to bind to port 80. I have a machine where I can try it and collect logs, just tell me which logs would help you.
A workaaround for buggy backup
If I get it right, then having a file with apache:apache 0600 (typical session file) will produce message:
For security reason backup is performed on behalf of subscription system user.
And this will lead to a fail:

Watchdog 2.0.7 on Centos 6 - even more problems
Centos 6 does not use /etc/inittab, the scripts are in /etc/init/. But they do not work for me. Neither stop, nor start.
