The issue is with version 18.0.71 which is A/O right now, still faulty. The issue stems from the Apache foundation, not specifically Plesk itself; as updates are for various components.
I recommend updating to the latest version (for other security fixes) and running the hotfix script.
Could be affecting only a specific scenario - our instance was running the updated version for almost 24 hours before it started breaking sites. The fix was published pretty soon after finding the fault.
The resolution wasn't published or hotfix supplied en-masse which further reinforces that...

If I assign the default site under IP Addresses, this site will load fine.

I performed a grep: grep -R 'TLSv1.1' /etc/nginx/*
and found the TLS was also described on this file: /etc/nginx/nginx.conf and have commented it out - nginx -t now passes, however which is the correct file to have the TLS versions?

Hi Igor, I am having the same issue.
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: nginx: [warn] duplicate value "TLSv1.2" in /etc/nginx/conf.d/ssl.conf:4 nginx: [warn] duplicate value "TLSv1.3" in /etc/nginx/conf.d/ssl.conf:4...
Hi Peter,
Thank you for the extra information, I can confirm that all the folders within those directories (and surrounding) have the same Windows folder permissions.
Not sure what you mean by .bin being suspicious. There is another .cache folder in that same directory that does not throw errors.
I've got direct OS access but I replicated the permissions the same as other websites and all seemed fine. I would've thought the permissions repair tool would resolve this too.
Happy to take your instruction and try this method again if you have some?
Seeking assistance - receiving warnings in the Backup Manager, one is persistent, and the other one has the same error but for various domains; usually only one per day.
Persistant:
Warning: Subscription "domain.com.au"
Not all the data from C:\Inetpub\vhosts\domain.com.au"was backed up...
I've also ran the updater from CMD which has come back saying all files are updated and no action is required.
I tried the --disable monitoring fix from a previous version of Plesk but I get the same Composer error in the CMD window.
