Problem fixed! i found some duplicates with 'yum check' and removed them with 'rpm -e --nodeps --noscripts XXX' now, everything is working as expected. Thanks to the Support Team!

Update: I tried the Upgrade on a second VPS (fresh install CentOS 7 + Plesk 12.0.18)... exactly the same result.. that has to be a bug. Any suggestions so far?
