We're having kinda the same problem. After some time the screen goes white with "An unexpected error occured". In the Plesk log we have multiple entries: extension/monitoring -> /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/monitoring/library/Http/HttpClient.php(122): Read timed out after 20 seconds
