I have exactly the same problem and error. (Plesk 10.4.4 with 1and1 Linux cloud dedicated server.) I even re-image twice. Also tried everything that I know. I hope to get some reply here as it is useless to await for the solution from teleoperators of 1and1. Thanks Peter
