all website work only the webmail dont work

i have disable ModSecurity but same error

Hello i have installed litespeed on my server but when litespeed is activated im get this error on webmail 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied! if i change back to apache is work anyone can help me please?

That happen evrey time when i login im change on Service Provider but afther 5 min is change to power user
