How can I restart backup service (if any) in windows server? I think may be restarting will solve this.

System Windows server 2008 R2 Plesk 12.5 Issue I have set up ftp backup in plesk but whenever I try to backup manually it does not start. I can access ftp from filezilla. I have attached screenshots.
