The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I'm also having issues with the outdated ICU. Even on Igor's Plesk version of 19.9.9 and ICU version 55 it's almost 4 years old. The ICU project is currently at version 63.1. Would be nice if the Plesk PHP versions also keep up with the ICU.
You're right Igor, my bad. I didn't check whether 4.8.4.1 was actually released. Hopefully it's not going to take them long; it's quite annoying for customers that the serverwide PhpMyAdmin cannot export tables in SQL while unable to do something about it as administrator. I'll keep an eye on...
