    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

    I can confirm the issue on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.35 Update #2. Also tried it a few times over the last six months, thus with different Plesk and Onlyoffice docker image versions.
