Does your license have the option for Fail2Ban? With my installation, it just works. Perhaps it's not activated in your license?

Plesk requirements page The Plesk requirements page still does not mention CentOS 7. It installs and runs, but is it fully supported or do you mean it's technically suitable for CentOS7 ?
