    My problem was solved by the Parallels team with a support ticket of $75. After weeks of investigation they discover that there was a bug, so you should change the values manually in the registry at HKLM>SOFTWARE>PHP>Per Directory Values>C>Inetpub>vhosts>yourdomainname.com>httpdocs
