Thanks, adding the SSL cert directly worked :)
For reference:
Adding the SSL certificate through "Server | SSL Certificates" did not work.
Adding the SSL certificate through "Websites & Domains | Secure your sites" worked.
I've already bought and installed SSL certificates for these domains though. I'd prefer to use these if possible, rather than having to go through the extra cost of a wildcard certificate.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why the second subdomain won't let me select the SSL certificate.
I'm having a problem with an SSL certificate not showing up for a subdomain on the Hosting Settings page.
I have a domain with two subdomains set up on my server. Each of the 3 has a SSL certificate:
domain.com (in httpdocs directory) (SSL working)
subdomain1.domain.com (in httpdocs directory)...
A couple of days ago, I deleted some of our old backups from /var/lib/psa/dumps/domains/{sitename}/. I deleted them physically on the server, just deleting the big files.
Today, when I tried logging into Plesk, I get this error (and am unable to do anything else):
Error: The license key is...
