    Change information 'Home' for external references (eg social media links)

    Hi, I have included a social media sharing icon in my website. For all my pages it displays the correct text (and picture), but when sharing the 'home' page it only shows the default text. I have tried to change the page description in 'Pages', but it doesn't work. Anyone any suggestions?
