    Ok I found the solution: https://kb.plesk.com/en/127783 When checking my PHP versions installed with # plesk bin php_handler --list the results were different... the php-cli column had values for each PHP version. I then went back into Plesk and tried a different version of PHP and the settings...

    Hi Igor, thanks for that. My fault... I was starting the migration the wrong way. I was starting the migration from the old server rather then from the new server. All has migrated successfully now.
