so many issues with plesk lately... I think I've deleted the file manually. there is p41 released, takes care of a similar issue.

Problems don't just go away... Permission don't fix themselves... Running Plesk re-configurator just messes up permissions added manually to aspupload/aspjpeg which are a bummer to fix every once and then with Plesk but DON'T fix my shared SSL issue which looks like another bug.

Any attention from Parallels? thank you for reporting a possible bug would be nice...

try killing all php-cgi processes from task manager first. I'm curious once you upgrade, try adding a subdomain and see if you get same problem as I ran into few days ago - Plesk sets a wrong path in IIS home dir configuration. Justin
