    How to enable and run Apache with php5-fpm not php5-cgi?

    I'm having the same issue, did you ever get to the bottom of it? One of the many things I've been trying was editing the fcgid.conf and changed FcgidProcessLiftTime 120, now APC lasts for around 2 mins instead of around 30 seconds it was.
