Okay, so on the error log, I get No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.shtml,index.cfm,index.php,index.htm,index.php) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive. But this isn't a regular occurrence.

No it wasn't installed but I will do and set it to Detection only and as per this site https://www.conetix.com.au/support/article/plesk-12-installing-and-configuring-modsecurity unless you have anything better.
