Well, if the software on that one domain is different this is very easily possible.
Some "simple" sites and one that is pulling huge results from MySQL with no proper indexing and lack of memory and therefor disc action.. there is your stuttering site while everything else keeps running...

I keep autoupdates off for reasons of stability. I prefer to check manually and watch carefully what is done.
So checking the updates section today, I got greeted by a yellow box message...
some hints on that:
- don't delete /var/qmail - it will be used later
- if you have "permission denied" errors from pop3/imap sessions, check /var/qmail rights. i had to chown to popuser a level higher for it to work. rebuilding or building from scratch the mailboxes with plesk tool does...
here is a solution - but don't lough.
according to what i found out it is a problem with plesk qmail and domains which have a certain MX setup with ipv6. domains were increasing over several weeks. the error has been 4.3.0 in the logs, similar to a greylist temp error - but never clears. see...
normally you would need a dedicated ip for ssl to work.
but your approach is ok - have the certificate in plesk (server, not in web hosting!) and assign it to the ip.
make sure you don't have any ssl stuff in the web hosting section.
this way the certificate weill work füpr every...
if your apache load is above 20% then the machine is probably overloaded. apache is by far not the only thing needing cpu cycles. and 20% is too much. have a look at optimizing apache.
the limits preset in health monitor seem reasonable to me.
you can get rid of it with aptitude purge plesk-billing.
and with phpmyadmin you can also delete the billing database(s).
i notice an error with billing too. it says on install that single sign login can not be configured for it. it ran through on the third try or so, when everything else...
