I try to update to 11.5.30 from 10.0.9 and I can't login the control panel the error is: Unable to read components configuration from the service node: packagemng: execve failed for /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/packagemng: Permission denied System error 13: Permission denied

I have the same error trying to upgrade to 11.5.30 I looked at the log file: /tmp/plesk_11.5.30_installation.log and I see this error: ERROR 1548 (HY000) at line 67: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted InnoDB Have any idea what is referring to?
