On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Hi. It seems one of my sites keeps failing PCI due to "weak arcfour ciphers" being available. This is identified using this command: nmap -Pn --script ssh2-enum-algos www.domain.com -p 22
I have tried the pci compliance resolver many times. Any idea how i can fix this problem?
I am running the...
I just picked up a license for MagicSpam premium for my server. I have no idea what to do with it now. There are no guides or anything that I can find. As far as I can tell, it appears to be running. Although now greylisting is magically turned on. In the past this has always slowed me down...
I think I'm making progress... I disabled the mail function for that domain. But now my mail log is full of these:
plesk sendmail[2132]: handlers_stderr: DATA REPLY:554:5.7.0 The message could not be sent. You are not allowed to use sendmail utility.#012REJECT

I have a domain on my plesk server that has been suspended for sending out too many emails. When looking at the plesk interface, it looks like they tried to send out 30,000 messages (most of which were rejected). Is there a way to find out where these messages are coming from? Which account is...
because I'm running a plesk 12.5 server and i wanted to make sure if it was even possible to upgrade openssl within Plesk. Maybe there is a dependency issue, etc.
I am running Centos 7.x.
SSH -V shows:
OpenSSH_6.6.1p1, OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013
My PCI scans are failing because I am required to upgrade OpenSSH to 6.7+. Unfortunately there is no upgrade package available. Has anyone been able to update/upgrade OpenSSH? if so, how?
Thanks
Thank you very much your observation. Your analysis of the situation is astounding. I agree with you, it was a huge waste of time. Since I did not modify the file, it took me a while to find my way there to solve the issue. Perhaps if you had gotten to me sooner with your sarcastic and...
After 6 long hours, I fixed it.
/etc/sw-engine/pool.d/plesk.conf

listen.owner = sw-cp-server
listen.group = root

I would love to, but I have a partner license and it is not accepting my license key. Can you please DM me a support code that I can use for this incident?
This happened completely out of the blue. No changes were made to the system. The funny thing is that I loaded up a backup image from last week and I am having the same issue on that image as well. The panel has been working fine since last night. This is very strange. Anyway here are the logs...
