Thank you DenitRichard, that fixed it for me to. Somehow some plesk-php56 packages couldn't be updated via yum, but via the autoinstaller they did get updated. After running the autoinstaller I could run yum update without any problems.

Got this error on many servers... I have opened a ticket at ODin support.
