    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

    I had the same problem with CentOS7 and Ubuntu 12. This indeed was the solution. Only weird thing is, I never had this problem the last few months with the same version difference. So what changed?
