To solve this issue go to the php settings section in manage website and add the following to the last box: date.timezone = "Europe/London"

Hi there, How can I change some setting for a single site in php.ini. I can not find it in the file directory. I need to change the timezone settings as I get the following error: "The upload feature requires the timezone extension enabled in the PHP". Thanks, Zak

Hi guys, I'm trying to update Plesk, but at the update login page it won't let me go past it using my Plesk (admin) username and password. It's asking for a root user and I never assigned this user before.

Looks like you got to be a partner to speak to them on the phone, no good.

Still having this issue, anyone can tell anything from the errors? Also how do I contact Plesk support?
