Appreciate your comment. The issue had been solved by re-configuring IP address in plesk as IP used to order license and current IP in plesk are mismatched which cause this problem.

I had migrated one domain from 11.5 to onyx, after migration is done, webmail is not accessible. When tried to browse the webmail url, it shows plesk default page. I had tried to uninstall webmail services and reinstall again, still the same, not accessible. May I know any advice on this...
