When I first started with Plesk I found it very frustrating, and ended up with three different subscriptions with paid apps all between them. But once I understood the licensing, and found myPlesk I've come to consolidate all my resources, and have them be mobile! Only suggestion I would have is to make a way to merge all of your license key.
Plesk still has the worst billing portal of all the vendors I deal with. I can't cancel a subscription or downgrade/upgrade a subscription. I also purchased a new subscription a couple of weeks ago using the Buy a Subscription button and it does not appear with my profile.
