Remove them first: yum remove php-json php-pecl-mysql ...and what about the dependent packages, they will also delete, I think that is not so good?

Yes, totally right. The only reason was to have a newer version of os level php. How to restoring it back? Before i will make a snapshot from the server, when there are troubles i can go back.
