Yes, I opened the ports on the lightsail install where I could but I think there is a port block that can only be opened by AWS & they declined my request (without reason).     Can I ask how you got this resolved? I requested the port be opened but Amazon declined it without reason which is pretty frustrating. Why would they not just limit the email traffic or something and close it if it's being abused?

    Issue Amazon Lightsail Plesk webmail

    Does opening port 25 on the firewall (as per the instructions in the link above) actually open the port or is it throttled by Amazon at a higher level? I followed the instructions but I am still unable to send emails. Also requested the port be opened but they declined. Pretty frustrating really.
