    @Microbolt, thank you for asking. We already invested our time in a new SmarterMail 100 support and found a critical issue for integration which was reported to the SmarterMail side. We are still waiting when the issue will be fixed and will support this version in our Preview builds.

    Hi @Binesh S , The work on support SmarterMail 100 (formerly 17) in progress. We faced issues during the integration process, and now awaiting a response from SmarterMail to fix them. You can expect the support of the SM100 in Plesk 17.9 Preview version not earlier than the middle of March.

    Yes, it's normal. For now, Plesk is not officially supported this solution and do not know about installed components. I suppose you can try to host a particular website using alternative Perl/Python (step 8) and review how it works.
