    It spits out errors only at very first time when enabling all Fail2ban jails. When I disable and enable all fail2ban jails again - it doesn't show any errors anymore. This error is shown only for the very first time after clean install of panel.

    I was wrong.. even with 12.0.9 and dummy sitebuilder - installation fails. Edit 2: even clean install to 12.0.5 on ubuntu 12.04 x64 fails with same error above. Using preview-installer and even plesk-installer. log of installer: http://pastebin.com/WqyH81UG
