    password tag? ...confused

You used to be able to just cat the passwords out /etc/shadow for the password that you needed. It WAS stored as plain text but it no longer is. Now when you try you get the AES hash and salt. So they are now stored as a hash. For example: cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow used to return the plain text...

Resolved fail2ban does not ban on all IPs

It does not work that way. Fail2ban bans on the service that is being attacked and that you have a jail for. You can always check your logs and put those IP's in your iptables. Write a script that scrapes the fail2ban logs and slaps them in your iptables then restarts them. This is how I do it...

    About the new setup:/

I run the CentOS with plesk ISO which can be found here: ftp://download1.sw-soft.com/Plesk/PP11/Plesk_ISO/CentOS-6-x86_64-Plesk.iso Once that is installed then do an upgrade via the panel. This for me is quicker than installing Cent and then running the new plesk on it.

ModSecurity Web Application Firewall for Apache buttom

You might have to go to your parallels store and download the key for that install and re-upload it. I installed fail2ban and while it installed I could not see the button on the panel until I did that.

I am beginning to move all servers to VM's and my last one is a Windows 2003R2 with PP 9.0. I have dumped all data via backup but cannot restore it on a 2012 Server running 11.5. I have looked at the convert tools listed online but they were for 10.* and I do not see them for 11.5. Does anyone...

After a server reboot I have to go into the Plesk Control Panel and then under Settings - IP's I have to reload the IP's then click repair next to them to re-bind them. Only then can my customers have web access back. I have read that this was patched in 10+ but I still have this issue.

IP address not present on the interface, Click to repair

Looking around the Internet for a resolution I found a post here from 2009 that stated this was repaired in Plesk 10. I am running 10.4 on CentOS6 and every time I reboot my server I have to go in and repair each I.P, which leaves remote reboots a can't do. Any help would be appreciated...
