    I suggest a simple check if requests are routed correctly. Put some static file like test.txt on new.clientdomain.com, then request it with the curl -v command and post the result. Also, post how this request will be reflected in Apache and nginx logs.

    Hi! That's not a PHP error, so PHP settings doesn't matter. Please check the value of client_max_body_size parameter in nginx configs.

    So, you need to fix the Content-Type header. You can use something like AddCharset UTF-8 .xml in Apache config (e.g. in .htaccess) if you have Apache behind nginx or charset utf-8; in nginx configs.

    Resolved Ruby 3+ extension 22.04

    Currently Ruby versions 3.1.3, 3.2.1 are available with Plesk on Ubuntu 22.04. Versions 3.0 and below are not compatible with OpenSSL 3 and thus not available.

    Not sure if I understood what are you trying to do. Please provide more information about your directory tree and configs (.htaccess). Did you put the files into the correct directory? A subdomain has its own document root. You can find it by opening your subdomain's file manager in Plesk.
