    AlvinCharles, from your logs I see there are bug in pmm-ras utility. It incorrectly parsed URL where FTP login contains @ symbol.     Please enable debug logging, repeat backup again and send to me in private message pmmcli.log and migration.log. In debug mode all FTP commands are logged. Using this information we can see on which stage the timeout occurs.

    Apply patch in attachment to the /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/PleskX/Packer.pm Don't forget to make its copy before for safety. If you don't know what to do with patch file, simply find in Packer.pm lines marked with minus sign in patch file and replace them with these marked with plus sign.
