I installed the update yesterday, and removed my modification, and the problem has been solved. Selinux is no longer disabled when updating modsecurity rules. So at least in my case the problem has been solved with this update.

This has been fixed in the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.66, #2 update. I don't understand the lack of transparency by not publishing it in the log. I think it is important to upgrade to this version, since disabling selinux is quite serious.
