Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
That worked perfectly. Also good to learn my way around the Plesk mechanics a bit more. Only note for anyone else reading is that the URL specified in the SQL rows is absolute so the server domain name would need to be updated for different servers but aside from that all swift and smooth. Thanks!
We have multiple Plesk Obsidian servers.
One server has a bunch of custom menu options "Links to Additional Services" on the Admin account main menu.
All servers have the same Extensions/Apps installed.
We want to copy this menu Links to Additional Services" to other servers so all servers...
Thanks. This ha been done.
Should I await any sort of propagation?
Clearing web history and cache on browsers results in no change at the browser end. Same issue remains.
Hello
Yes the correct certificate is set here (NB: This is Hosting & DNS --> Hosting Settings ) for all domains.
re: HSTS yes, but this isn't really configurable more that it gives a few (3) basic options, not involving setting age=0. But I've found the issue with HSTS was it was being set...
We have multiple domains on the server.
One domain works fine and has the certificate set up and the domain loads correctly with the correct certificate for the correct URL.
Another domain says the certificate is invalid because somehow the certificate is loaded for the Plesk Server domain...
@AYamshanov
This issue is current today:
We would appreciate it you share some additional details regarding your server/domain/settings, e.g.
What OS and Plesk versions are used? --> Ubuntu 22 and Plesk Obsidian v18.0.61
What version of SSL It! is installed? --> 1.15.3-3574
Do you use...
Ok reviewing that today yes, that works as you describe. I was I think cross referencing "mail domain" and "webmail" . Sorry!
Thanks for your help. This issue is resolved now :)
No. It's the default certificate . How would I do that? I've just reissued the certificate and the checkbox for mail access is shaded out but filled in because wildcard certificate is enabled. Reissuing and that doesn't change that the mail access is somehow still not present.
Ok, further...
We have a new server on Plesk Obsidian 18.
In this there is SSL it! Which we have used for a number of domains on the server . However one domain is showing persistent inconsistencies with the certificate and we are unable to resolve this.
The website domain works fine, and presents no issues...
