Shown error (and based on stack trace) means current logged user don't have any of backup permissions (Data backup and restoration using the server repository, Data backup and restoration using a personal FTP repository). You can check them on subscription settings or tab Account.
Yes, we are planning to implement Git support out of the box in the next Plesk release. As it's out of scope for Plesk 12.5 we implemented some operations in scope of extension.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We confirm that it's bug in Plesk 12.5 with ID PPP-17475 in out internal tracker. It'll be fixed in nearest microupdates. I'm happy that you found temporary workaround.
The only thing a can suppose: there some inconsistency: in backup there is information about installed SSL certificate but IP address (on which certificate is installed) is incorrectly mapped.
What I can suggest to try: remove SSL certificate from domain on source server, try to migrate it...

It may be confusing but there are 2 events about creation of alias:
- Default domain, alias created (when alias is created for main domain)
- Domain alias created (When alias is creted for additional domain)
Some integrator use them. Check both of them.
