What I do is create an ftp account for each subdomain's document root, so each user access via FTP to his subdomain.

No solution That is not an answer, or at least, it's not a fix for the problem. If a user needs access to CGI folder he can't!! I suppose I have to change (by hand!!) config file for the subdomain and create an script-alias, but.... I hope next update fix this error.

No This is good for Windows but I need a solution for linux. I'll try use events. When a subdomain is created Plesk throws event 39, I link a script to create the FTP. It's tricky, but it's the only way I found. Thanks

It's not the problem I've just read the post but there is not the problem it has nothing to do with my problem: I receive empty email from drweb and if they are empty (and without subject nor date) I don't know why they are sent. Any clue? thanks

I am receiving emails from drweb, but without text, no subject, no date, no origin... (I know they are coming from drweb because I read header of message). Why this email? How can I know the cause of them? Thanks
