Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Ah yes, because clearly, the real issue isn’t Plesk’s deteriorating support but rather the unrealistic expectations of its paying customers. How silly of us to assume that a premium-priced control panel—which deeply integrates with services like Dovecot and Nginx—should take any responsibility...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

So you are not selling Plesk products at all?!

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

I completely agree with you, Polli! Just with a bit more nuance… Plesk support has seriously deteriorated over the years, despite their absurd price hikes. In the past, support tickets were handled much faster, original requests were carefully read, and real effort was made to solve issues...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Funny thing to note is that "Bitpalast" used to work for Plesk, didn't you Peter (Peter Debik). ;-)

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

Oops... Terribly sorry, made a mistake there. I forgot to use "not", so it should have read: Why not order ImunifyAV+ directly from CloudLinux? Sorry!!

Resolved Plesk Migrator: Subscribers, Service Plans and Customers not properly transferred

Hi Anthony / Anton, Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns directly as Director of Plesk Product Management. I appreciate your transparency regarding the development challenges related to PMT-4938, and I acknowledge the effort involved in rewriting the Migrator functionality to...

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

@Peter Debik; Why order ImunifyAV+ directly from CloudLinux? And then install it from CLI. I expect more and better options.

Resolved Plesk Migrator: Subscribers, Service Plans and Customers not properly transferred

Sidenote: Of course, I already created a support ticket with Plesk (ID 95433747). Doh. The initial response, and I partially quote, was: "This has been reported as bug ID PMT-4938, which will be fixed in future updates." Reference: Plesk KB Article. "In future updates"? That response was...

Resolved Plesk Migrator: Subscribers, Service Plans and Customers not properly transferred

Thank you, Sebahat, for stepping in and addressing my concerns. I appreciate the effort to maintain civility within the forum, and I understand your role in ensuring a constructive dialogue. That said, I feel it's important to address a few points in your response. First, my "arrogance" and...

Resolved Plesk Migrator: Subscribers, Service Plans and Customers not properly transferred

Ah, thank you, hschramm, for your enlightening wisdom. I didn't realize that addressing long-standing, unresolved issues in a professional product was akin to "pouring negative vibes." Clearly, the rest of us who've invested tens of thousands into Plesk licenses should just move on and let you...

Resolved Plesk Migrator: Subscribers, Service Plans and Customers not properly transferred

Plesk doesn't care about solving this, just check this: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13302874027671-Plesk-migrator-does-not-migrate-some-objects. They only care about increasing prices every single year. And for what? Yes the price increase is needed to improve the product (=...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Mentioned already that even support is going downhill. Anyways. We cut down 40 more licenses this month.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Support isn't that great anymore at Plesk to be honest. Slower than before and it seems the employees working for Plesk aren't that happy either. Or so it seems.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Once again, we are faced with Plesk's absurd price hikes—complete with their so-called “innovative” features that nobody asked for. Neither we, as Plesk partners, nor our clients (server owners, resellers, and hosting customers) find any value in these changes. It speaks volumes that Plesk and...

Question 22.46% Price Increase - Are you mad?!

Well when you have to migrate 100 accounts per remaining Plesk server... Cloudpanel is not a good option. You also need a seperate solution for email. But I will investigate it. Maybe there customers who only want / need webhosting. Doubt it though.

Question Seeking Affordable Plesk License Options

cloudpanel.io looks interesting enough. But it's a pain to migrate all of the remaining Plesk servers to it. Let alone to inform "not so smart" customer they have a different mail server now. Haha. Nah. I will look into other options. Thank you though.

@bootted just wanted to say I love your avatar! ;-)

Issue High latency, unreliable performance & 522 errors on a Plesk server that ran fine for 6+ months

It seems this reply was inadvertently skipped, but certainly not intentionally. Over the past few months, we've observed a noticeable increase in bot activity—primarily brute-force attempts and DDoS/overload attacks—targeting all our Plesk servers. Interestingly, our DirectAdmin servers remain...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

What else did you expect with price increases of 45% (Plesk Web Pro Edition) and 50% (Plesk Web Host Edition)? It's insane. I think the pricing, from what we paid prior to 2017 has increased over 2500% (and that's no joke). Sure we had way too low pricing back then, but it's now completely the...
