Did you restart the psa service after applying? Be sure to log out and in again for the changes to apply in your panel

Remember please allow up to 24hrs for DNS to sync depending on registrar.

You can install "Let's Encrypt" on your Plesk server by going to extensions -> in catalog type Let's Encrypt and click search and install it. Now you can go to your domain and click SSL/TLS certificates and install a free certificate.

You can increase the threshold settings by going to Monitoring -> Memory -> top right settings -> threshold and adjust the "Apache & PHP-FPM memory usage"
