Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

@J.Wick though that might be true, Plesk pricing increased 7 or 8 years ago already substatianlly, I think I created a post about it back then as well as we had price increase of 2400% back then. Might be even a year before that though. Anyways, back on topic, the price increases happened before...

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

    Haha. Very true @Hangeover2

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Same here manni... Tuesday we got already two cancellations for upcoming contract term. Now we have three more cancellations in the meantime. Unfortunately we could convince two of them to do a free migration to DirectAdmin. Though we will not lose them as server customers, it will cost us...

    Issue Plesk WebPros survey (Mandatory?)

Weird, all servers are up-to-date and I have tested 15 in a row. None of them has that **** banner? :S Sidenote; it might be time to submit some reviews on WebPros in general on Google and Trustpilot. Doubt they will care though. But it's better than doing nothing imho.

    Issue Plesk WebPros survey (Mandatory?)

Weird... I have logged in several customer accounts on Plesk, but I am not getting that annoying banner on any Plesk server. Probably already blocked that garbage years ago. ;-)

    Issue Plesk WebPros survey (Mandatory?)

Btw how do you get this "lovely" banner. I want to fill it with nonsense. :D ...on all remaining Plesk servers. Let's see how they like that. ;-)

    Issue Plesk WebPros survey (Mandatory?)

Plesk, or better said Webpros, does NOT care... Probably in order to remove these popup spam banners, you have to purchase the removal banner option. Which will probably retail for 150 USD for this year. And will probably be increased to 250 USD by January 2026. Just like all prices with...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Ah okay. Ah I thought you worked for Plesk, at least after reading your farewell post here. Also you created blog articles for Plesk here. So that's why I probably thought you worked for Plesk. My bad, pavukfly. :) Will give that other control panel also a go. Thank you.

@IgorG, we might have seen things differently, but why did you stop using Plesk?

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

Well, there it is. The grand finale we've all been waiting for — the 2026 Plesk pricing. Another 26% increase, proudly delivered without a single trace of irony. That brings the total price inflation since 2017 to roughly 285%. Bravo. At this point, it's no longer “pricing strategy”; it’s...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Probably it will be in vain, but perhaps fill in the Plesk Price Adjustment 2024-2025 - FAQ Online Customers form on that website that you are disgusted with the new pricing. I already informed our Plesk server customers about this new increase. Two canceled straight away (who already were...

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Bitpalast and IgorG will justify the abaurd pricing increase probably. But this is absurd. I think we will lose the final Plesk server owners because of this.

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

Very true. We have been a Plesk Partner for a very long time — going all the way back to the SWsoft days. Back then, being a Plesk Partner actually meant something. There was real collaboration, innovation, and pride in the product. Sadly, over the past 7–9 years, things have taken a very...

Question Massive price increase for reseller licenses?

Oh oh.... I saw this: https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/cvc-in-talks-with-private-credit-funds-to-refinance-webpros-debt/90128337. To summarize; CVC Capital Partners is pursuing a major refinancing of WebPros through private credit funds, including a substantial new debt facility reportedly...

We are reaching the end of the year, so in case you didn't already.... Bookmark the following URL: Plesk Price Adjustment 2024-2025 - FAQ Online Customers You can expect a new price hike for everything Plesk related for 2026. Mark my words.

Question Dovecot & Full Text Search (lucene and/or solr)

This is a shame... Should have been added years ago, instead of non used extensions (which you have to pay for as well) imho. //edit I did notice this for DA: Dovecot Full Text Search (FTS) with fts-xapian plugin CustomBuild supports building dovecot fts-xapian plugin. It provides a fast...

Resolved Why I'm quitting Plesk after nearly a decade

@trialotto Appreciate the effort you put into writing essays, but honestly most of us don’t come here for long moral lectures. A point that takes three paragraphs could easily fit into two lines – and that would probably help everyone “not forget” what really matters.

What nonsense are you taling about. Gary is not promoting anything here! He is simply explaining stuff by answering questions. Sigh.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

As you said yourself: A number of services have increased by more than 40% for us in just one year—for instance, our Adobe or Codeium licenses. I view this in a positive light: new players will enter the market, driving innovation, and it also prompts us to ask whether there might be better...
