    Hi, a customer of me created a ticket cause all WP plugins are suddenly disabled. I can't really figure it out. He created the site todays morning and about a hour ago all of his actually activated plugins are disabled and the site won't run. Did smb. have the same issue? Regards

    Since todays update (Version 18.0.40), the backup files are shown to the users :) Problem solved.

    Hi, I setup backups from admin interface. Every day I'll backup the whole server. How to provide my customers those backups? I don't want that every user has to setup a own backup role. Is this possible? Of course they should only get their backup files. Best regards Philipp

    Resolved After update to 18.0.29 no login possible

    The problem with the plesk users are fixed. I don't know why but I have to enter a email-address in the username field, then a login was possible. Now WHMCS is able to fix their problem. Thanks anyway.
