do you use BIND DNS or MS DNS as dns server ?

I have about 800 domains managed from MSDNS. What does happen if I switch to Bind? Will the domains be passed to Bind? do they remain in MSDNS ? If I encounter errors, may I switch back to MSDNS and find all domains again?

I've the same problems since I upgraded from 7.5.6 > 7.6.0 > 7.6.1. Version 7.5.6 run normal but this version is very slow.
