Hmm unfortunately that seems to be advice for a windows server, correct? I have a linux vps. I've never heard of a web.config but apparently it is a windows server thing?
Hey did you ever get this figured out? 3 yrs later I have the same problem. I have several routes that work but one like you said works locally but not on my vps using Plesk.
