That is my results file and there is nothing in the log. The results say 'success'. I only get it a couple of times a week even though it backs up nightly.

I know you have backup option but if you do a daily incremental backup, the full backup starts 7 days later so you get this.. 10GB 2GB 2GB 1GB 1GB 2GB 2GB FULL 10GB So you can see in the week it grows from 10GB to 20GB Having mail backup fully each time is not good.

Will Plesk 12.5 ever support incremental backups for mail? Incremental backups actually take more hard drive space than full backups and it's not quite as the documentation makes out. For example if you had a domain doing permanent full back ups and its backups were 10 GB then the hard drive...

Actually it works on the iPad but the bugs exist on the iPhone. Also on the iPhone the help icon (top right) does nothing.

why do files in the server repository have to be downloaded to your PC before they can be uploaded to the FTP server. Why can't you upload directly from the server repository?

In the Plesk 12.5 admin manual there is a screenshot of the backup page. It has an option to exclude backup directories. On my servers this option is not there. Is the admin manual showing the wrong info?
