    Yes I have already read and used this documentation. All parts of the settings are as set in the documentation. As stated - it seems to be only one domain that is at issue. How do we debug and resolve where the issue is coming from?

    Ok Solution: After much trial and error I have established Format MUST be: All parts of this are required and no line breaks can be in the text. "Title" is required. As mentioned elsewhere title text can be in quotes if it contains spaces.

    @Kaspar this server does not have Nginx on it. It has Apache. Previously on other systems Apache has a native module for allowing compression typically via "mod_deflate". Yet again, Plesk itself doesn't give the details about what Plesk is (or is not) providing. Ok, thank you for that...

    How do we achieve the below in Plesk? Both domains are controlled by the same account, one is a placeholder domain, but emails can be sent to either and be forwarded to the mailboxes on domain-two.co.uk How can this be done in Plesk?

    Resolved SMTP - Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname

    This question above has a specific answer for this specific situation above. But, I have another very similar situation. The same issue is here, but the claim is that "mail.domain-name.com" reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname, but the mail. DNS and the mail. part of the address is never used.

    It is useful to note here that for servers running on a single (1) IP address that the notation for the subnet mask requires /32 . For servers running on a pair (2) of IP addresses the notation the subnet mask required is /30
