You have to find your Apache version and look on CentOS and/or Apache website for a fix to deploy ...

What's the name of the package you removed then re-install after update, please ? Did you removed package or just commented repo ?

Ok, i fixed issue by switching to OWASP rules then switch back to Atomic basic.
