On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
Put the following in your NGINX section and you'll fix your PCI compliance issue and score an A+ on ssllabs:

@AYamshanov , your colleague was absolutely correct. Before installing Plesk Obsidian on a CentOS 8.1 server, installing "util-linux-user" completely solved the install issue.
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.26 completed and installed without any issues. However, it appears that CentOS 8.1 disconnects...

Hmm.. We did the same here... The first several times it hung on the SELINUX line so we disabled SELINUX and tried again. Since then, we were able to get past the SELINUX line and it hangs about 10 lines later (can't recall the error) however we see various 'File Not Found' errors during the...
Working on setting up a new server (old server has been using CentOS 7 with Plesk Onyx for years) but can't complete the install using either ssh or web install. The install shows 2 file not found errors and hangs at an selinux line.

How are you enabling TLS 1.3 in Centos 7 which uses openSSL 1.0.2 or are you using Centos 8? Does Obsidian change server config to permit TLS 1.3 when using Centos 7?
We've always had to set the reverse for the IP in the server panel (eg. OVH / Hetzner) rather than the Plesk panel. It would need to be set where you obtained the IP for the domain and server.

Your signature displays you're using CentOS 7.7.1908 and Apache 2.4.6. We you able to activate TLS 1.3 adding the ciphers to your NGINX config on this server? If so, it's a great reason to upgrade to Plesk Obsidian now rather than later...
Did the update today via SSH... fast downloading and replacing of files but the server hung after CLEANUP was finished. So, I exited the server, and logged back in. YUM UPDATE showed no files to update so rebooted and logged into the back of Plesk after several minutes.
No issues to report...
