    Apache restart interval Bug?

    Hi, If I set the Apache restart interval to 900 seconds, Apache should start again every 900 seconds unless there is no change? I put it at 900 seconds and Apache restart after every change. I have the "Apache restart interval" misunderstood or is it a Bug in Plesk 10.0.1?
