Question Try our new tool to upgrade your old MariaDB server from Plesk UI

Any solutions to this (update to 10.5 tool)? There is a thread of mine (Issue - Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5) already on the subject but no solution. Question, will I get the same error if I try to upgrade directly to 10.11 instead of 10.5?

I tried it and same error I had before, it looks like I'm destined to stay in this version and with this error forever.

Resolved Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5

Thanks for info. My fear is if the MariaDB installation goes wrong and I have to remove the current MariaDB and reinstall (and I don't even know how I could reinstall), because I have no way to do the backup snapshot, so if it goes wrong, how can I restore the previous MariaDB? Any folders that...

Resolved Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5

Plesk has released a new tool for the update that might solve my problem, but I don't know if I can use it what should I do before using it. I've already opened the tool here and it asks for some confirmations, but I'm afraid this will go wrong, what do you advise?

Resolved Urgent - Failed Backup Restore

I changed (updated) the password to access the domains and this error disappeared, but now the error is another (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377005814935-Warning-after-restoring-Plesk-backup-Unable-to-update-anonymous-FTP-account-for-domain-example-com-), basically it's this...

Resolved Urgent - Failed Backup Restore

That's not fair, I already paid for the license subscription, you should review the agreements with resellers who tarnish your image negatively.

Resolved Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5

Hi Peter, Yes, I did that (and that backup exists), but from what I understand, Plesk told OVH, that it would have to be a backup server image to be able to fix the problem now.

Resolved Urgent - Failed Backup Restore

Hi Peter, My license is obtained via (OVHcloud), and I can't open a ticket with the license I have, the support is via Ovh with Plesk, and the answer I got was this, I don't have an Ovh ticket number with Plesk. They (OVH) were very nasty to me and didn't give me a viable solution, apart from...

Resolved Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5

This is what Plesk said via OVH Support: "All issues are coming from the fact that there is a mix of MariaDB packages. MariaDB-Server is 10.4 version, while MariaDB-Client and libraries are from 10.5: # rpm -qa | grep -i maria MariaDB-server-10.4.32-1.el8.x86_64...

Resolved Scheduled Backup not working more

Yes, through OVH, but they only answered about the MariaDB problem and basically didn't offer a solution.

    Issue imunify360-dos-protection.service - failed

We completely uninstall Imunify360 from the extensions. Especially because it doesn't work without a key, and we don't have a key. In addition, we have the free version active in the extensions and it works.

Resolved Scheduled Backup not working more

OVH doesn't want to help, and neither does Plesk support. I don't know what to do about this problem.

Resolved Update MariaDB from 10.4.32 to 10.5

OVH doesn't want to help, and Plesk support says the only solution is to force the update, but it requires a system backup because it can corrupt everything, and I don't even know how to make a full system (server) backup. Honestly, I followed the official guide and stayed with the server in...

Resolved Urgent - Failed Backup Restore

I still have this problem that is annoying, until today I have not been able to solve it. OVH doesn't want to help, and neither does Plesk support.

    Issue imunify360-dos-protection.service - failed

I fix in last days, basically, I uninstalled the extension and restarted the server, I don't know if installing it again the problem comes back, but since I don't use it, I don't care.
